Richard Hall, MD

Richard Hall, MD (Internal Medicine, Pediatrics)

Dr. Hall graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He has practiced in Kentucky throughout most of his professional career, with the majority of years of practice in his hometown of Mt. Sterling. Dr. Hall is licensed in Kentucky and board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He is an active medical staff member at Saint Joseph – Mount Sterling Hospital and he serves on the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Committee. Dr. Hall has served in leadership roles in inpatient and outpatient settings throughout his medical career. Dr. Hall presently serves as the Medical Director for Sterling Health Solutions, Inc.

Byram Ratliff, MD

Dr. Ratliff is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 27 years of experience in all areas of women’s health. He attended the University Of Kentucky School of Medicine & completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1987, he returned home to Mt. Sterling & opened a solo practice prior to joining the Sterling Health Solutions family. Dr. Ratliff’s areas of expertise & interest include surgery, primary care, & obstetrics. In particular he enjoys working with pregnancies & deliveries. He has been married to his wife Jennifer for 35 years and counting. They have 4 children and 2 grandchildren with 2 more on the way.

Elizabeth Case, MD

Elizabeth Case, MD (OB/GYN)

Dr. Case was born in Covington, KY and went to college at Transylvania University. She attended medical school at the University of Kentucky and completed a residency at Indiana University in 2001. She has worked for the University of Kentucky, teaching residents and seeing patients at the University of Kentucky North Fork Valley Community Health Center in Hazard. She enjoys obstetrics, especially natural childbirth. Her other areas of interest include infertility and pelvic pain as well as minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. In her free time, she loves the theater, travel and spending time with her four kids, including a beautiful set of twin boys!

Chevuru, MD

Srinivas Chevuru, MD (Pediatrics)

A resident of Lexington, KY, Srinivas Chevuru, MD, received his Doctorate of Medicine from the West Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Chevuru is Board Certified in Pediatrics and brings with him twenty years of experience in Pediatrics and Neonatology to Sterling Health Care in Mount Sterling, where he will be joining Dr. Richard Hall and staff. In his spare time, Dr. Chevuru enjoys spending time with his family and attending his sons’ sporting events.

Neil Smith, DO

Neil Smith, DO (Family Medicine)

A resident of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, Dr. Smith received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Pikeville and specializes in Family Medicine. He joins the staff at Bath Family Health Services, located at 44 Water Street, in Owingsville, Kentucky. In his spare time, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family and three dogs.

Connie Smith, APRN

Connie Smith, APRN (Family Medicine)

Connie Smith is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Kentucky, and is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Smith specializes in Family Medicine, as well as in Women’s Care and Family Planning. In her spare time, Ms. Smith enjoys spending time with her family.

Jennifer Tabor, APRN

Jennifer Tabor, APRN (Internal Medicine)

Ms. Tabor attended Morehead State University and received a Bachelor’s in the Science of Nursing. She then worked for the University of Kentucky and Clark Regional Hospitals as a Nurse before pursuing a Master’s degree in the Science of Nursing. While in graduate school she worked at St. Claire as a Home Health Nurse. After receiving her Master’s degree in 2008 she started working at St. Claire Regional Medical Center working full time, at the Morehead Medical Specialist, focusing on Family Practice. Jennifer is currently a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys raising her 4 children and is very active in the children’s extracurricular activities. She enjoys traveling and being outdoors.

Nancy Hunter, APRN

Nancy Hunter is a licensed Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Murray State University and her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Kentucky. She brings with her over twenty-five years of experience in Family Medicine. In her spare time, Ms. Hunter enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Christa Caudill, APRN

Ms. Caudill is a licensed Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing, both, from Eastern Kentucky University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in Family Medicine. Ms. Caudill is a long-time member of the Owingsville community. Her husband, Stuart, has owned and operated Caudill Construction for the past 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and visiting the lake.

Holly Becker, APRN

Holly Becker, APRN (Family Medicine)

A native of Carlisle, KY, Ms. Becker earned her masters of science degree in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University, Hyden, KY. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Becker has advanced training to help diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions, as well as promote general wellness in patients of all ages.


Ginger McDaniel, APRN

Ms. McDaniel attended Morehead State University and received a Bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing in 2003.  She began working as a Registered Nurse at the University of Kentucky after graduation and, ultimately, completed her Master’s degree in the Science of Nursing at the University of Kentucky in 2007.  Throughout her career, she has worked in internal medicine and the emergency department. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She is lifelong resident of Mt. Sterling and enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys running and travel.

Samatha Caldwell, APRN

Originally from Jackson, KY, Samantha Caldwell is a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner with experience in clinic, hospital, and Community Health Care Center settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University. Ms. Caldwell recently moved to the Mt. Sterling area, with her husband of seven years and their daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
