Our therapeutic treatment model (Sterling Crossroads) aims to assist persons whose lives are disrupted the use, abuse, or dependency of drugs. We are committed to taking early action to reduce the negative impacts and consequences of substance use, abuse and addictions. Sterling Crossroads highlights multidisciplinary addiction treatments to comprehensively address the sub-acute needs of patients with addiction and/or co-occurring disorders, while allowing them to maintain participation in the community, continue to work or attend school and be part of family life.

This wellness-aligned intervention consists of early, brief screening and intervention, integrated treatment, relapse-prevention groups, education groups, social support groups, individual counseling, and urine and breath testing. Participants will learn about issues critical to addiction and relapse, receive direction and support from a trained therapist, participate in self-help programs, and monitoring.

Our “CLIENT” Focused Model:

  • Coordinated – An integrated Program designed for a holistic therapy approach (substance abuse, behavioral health, medical health, counseling, care management and a host of wellness services)
  • Low dose protocol – Using an Evidence based protocols with FDA approved opioid agonist medications
  • Individualized Engagement – Using a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) concept employed by SHS (SHS’s PCMH model is recognized by the National Commission on Quality Assurance)
  • Normalized – Integrated approach focused on coping, healing and restoration
  • Therapy that is customized to meet an individual needs and circumstances
