Make registration faster.

New patient registration begins with a phone call to our front office team to request an appointment.
A secure link to online registration forms will then be sent to patients via email or text.

For patients who do not have insurance or may need help paying for care.
Sterling Health Care has a financial assistance program to help individuals and families that do not have insurance or still struggle to pay co-pays. To use these programs, you will need to provide some extra information.
