
Sterling Health Care, a purpose-driven Community Health Center, headquartered in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, today announced Tina Bryant, who has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer for the last six months, will continue as the permanent Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Health Care. Ms. Bryant began CEO duties December 15, 2020.
Ms. Bryant has been with Sterling Health Care since its founding in 2012, and has worked in senior management as the Finance Director and Chief Administrative Officer. Bryant was selected as the Interim Chief Executive Officer in June 2020.
While Interim CEO, Ms. Bryant oversaw the opening of two new clinics, Sterling Women’s Care – Winchester and Sterling Health Care – Urgent Treatment Center.
“I’m honored to serve my community in this capacity. I’m excited to further the vision of Sterling Health Care, which is to provide quality care for all, regardless of ability to pay. The work of this Community Health Center is unique and fundamental to our communities’ health,” said Ms. Bryant.

She has convincingly demonstrated her competence during her service to Sterling Health, especially as we have weathered through the current health crisis,” said Roger Riggs, President of Sterling Health Care’s Board of Directors. “We look forward to her strong but benevolent leadership. The Board has expressed its full confidence and support of our new CEO, Tina Bryant.”
Ms. Bryant received her BA Marketing/Management from Anderson University in 1989. She also received a SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Management – Certified Professional) certification in 2016, and graduated from Leadership Montgomery County in 2018.
