Learn MoreFrom an Employee Perspective
“I found myself seeking something different after being an Office Manager for several years and, having my bachelor’s degree in Business Management since 1987, I was not sure where this would lead.
“Initially, I was a contract employee for Sterling Health Care and was working evening hours cleaning the facility. I filled in as a receptionist in December 2012, which ultimately led to me officially beginning my journey with SHC in January 2013 as a receptionist. I worked the front desk for several years, then moved on to working as an Administrative Assistant for MinDee Hudson in 2018.
“I had worked and learned many new skills when the Practice Manager position opened up at the main office in August of 2020. The position has taken me out of my comfort zone, but I truly appreciate an organization that will hire from within and mentor employees to help them advance in their career! Sterling Health Care has become the place I have learned to call home. I am soon approaching 10 years with the organization and it truly seems like a blur.”
