As of February 3, valued patients at each of the organization’s nine clinics now have the opportunity to request their next appointment online with their medical provider on their schedule and at their leisure. Using a simple link on the company’s award-winning public website (www.sterlinghealthky.org), patients can securely fill out information, list preferences for scheduling of their next appointment, then await contact from a SHC office professional to finalize details.
It is an addition aimed at having not just one, but several positive impacts on patients’ lives according to MinDee Hudson, Chief Operations Officer for the organization.
