Sterling Health Care Opens Pharmacy at Stanton Clinic

MAY 20, 2022 - STANTON, KY - Sterling Health Care (SHC) has taken another major step to better serve its patients in Kentucky’s Gateway region, officially opening the doors of a new pharmacy in Stanton. Patients welcomed at the SHC clinic at 68 E. Elkins Street will be able to see their medical provider(s), then have their prescriptions filled and available for pickup within minutes at the same location.

“We are very excited to offer this professional, convenient service to our patients in Stanton and the surrounding communities,” said SHC Chief Executive Officer Tina Bryant. “It is the mission of Sterling Health Care to improve the lives of people in the communities we serve, regardless of their ability to pay, and this pharmacy accomplishes that goal in a number of ways.

“With Stanton’s availability of providers Dr. Kevin Holbrook, Troy Brooks, Hannah Patrick and Tracey Sizemore, the enhancement of services, and the new pharmacy now in operation, we’re looking forward to continuing to serve our community neighbors as well as welcoming many new friendly faces in Stanton,” Bryant added.

Greeting customers will be an experienced staff consisting of pharmacists Laura Rogers and Kim Mok, and pharmacy technicians Julie Liston and Taylor Kennon. Oversight of operations will be provided by Kim Moore, SHC Director of Pharmacy. The pharmacy will be open during regular operation hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
