Open House for public scheduled April 13; official opening set for April 17
MARCH 14, 2023 - CARLISLE, KY - After months of construction and great anticipation, Sterling Health Care (SHC) will open its brand new 9,000-square-foot facility in Carlisle on Monday, April 17.
“This is an exciting time not only for our providers and staff, but certainly for the entire communities of Carlisle and the surrounding area,” said Tina Bryant, SHC Chief Executive Officer. “Since 2016, we’ve been proud to serve these areas but were unable to provide some services because of confined space in our previous location. Now, we can not only provide services in a much larger space, but we’ve expanded to offer everything from primary care and behavioral health to complete dental care, x-rays, and an on-site pharmacy that features a drive-thru.
“We’ve also added more providers so we can offer even more quality medical care for a very affordable price as part of being a Federally Qualified Health Center.”
The general public is being invited for a special open house event on Thursday, April 13, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the facility, located at 1355 Concrete Road, Carlisle. Current and potential patients can meet the providers and staff, as well as tour the clinic and enjoy refreshments.
The first patients will be seen in the clinic on Monday, April 17, during the normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday thru Friday), and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Dental visits can be scheduled by appointment.
