Global panel praises elements of company’s website
May 21, 2024 - Sterling Health Care’s (SHC) company website has been officially recognized as the receipient of not one but two Awards of Distinction presented by The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA). The announcement was made as part of the 30th Annual Communicator Awards held recently in New York.
According to Lauren Angeloni, AIVA Managing Director, all entries for the Communicator Awards were evaluated by a prestigious global panel of industry-leading professionals and “being honored with a Communicator Award is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to the breakthrough work” being conducted by Sterling Health Care.
The website entry, entitled “A New Approach for Sterling Health Care,” earned separate awards in the categories of Features: Navigation Design and General: Non-Profit. Jeff Pinkerton, SHC Marketing / Communications Manager, submitted the nomination for consideration months ago to recognize not only the efforts behind the website’s creation here, but also the work of its selected website vendor.
“We sincerely appreciate the recognition by the academy,” Pinkerton said. “The foundation of SHC’s communication efforts going forward from late in 2021 rested on the design of a new, informative, and user-friendly website that was able to handle the anticipated growth of SHC which has come to pass and continues. Months of dedicated efforts proved to be a winning combination that continues still today.”

This was a huge undertaking and these awards reiterate the great work being done at SHC.”
